Pulp mill audit

MAKORUS performs a general process audit at one of the Russian pulp and paper mills in Siberian Federal District.

The scope of works includes analysis of the existing production and disclosure of the operation procedures "bottlenecks", as well as elaboration of the plant development investment plan, etc. MAKORUS carries out this project in cooperation with major international consulting company Ernst & Young.
