Sawmill audit by Makorus

During summer period MAKORUS made three sawmilling audits in the Russian woodworking industry. The works were carried out in Krasnoyarsk Region and Pskov Region for confidential clients.

The scope of services included analysis of existing timber and pellets production lines, balances, detection of bottlenecks and plans development for capacity increase and modernization. In one of the projects MAKORUS successfully completed analysis of forest infrastructure and forestry equipment demand.
