1. Definitions and terms

1.1. Website – the website of the Makorus, where the information about the company is provided.

1.2. Personal data - information relevant to a particular User, specified in section 3.1 of the given document.

1.3. Personal data processing – any operations with personal data, to be done with the use of automation tools or without such tools use; including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), withdrawal, use, transfer (distribution, providing, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

1.4. Cookies - information fragments sent by a web server to a browser in case of the website visit by the User.

2. Purposes and principles of the confidentiality policy and personal data accumulation

2.1. The confidentiality policy covers any information about the User specified in section 3, which can be obtained by the Company during the website visit.

2.2. The User provides his/her personal data with the view of:

- technical support, related with the website use;

- getting of news, information about products, events or services;

- use of other available online services, including (but not limited to) blog, personalized comments and feedbacks, CVS submission.

2.3. Ensuring the information storage reliability and transparency of the personal data collection purposes. The Users’ personal data are collected, stored, processed, used, transferred and deleted (destroyed) in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Federal law of 27.07.2006 № 152 "On personal data", and on the base of this Confidentiality Policy.

3. Information to be processed

3.1. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Confidentiality Policy are provided by the User by filling the registration form at the Company website; such data include the following information:

3.1.1. The User name;

3.1.2. E-mail address;

3.2. The Company receives also the data, which are automatically transferred in the browsing process when you visiting the website, incl.:

3.2.1. IP address;

3.2.2. Information from cookies;

3.2.3. Information about the browser (or other software, which effects the access to the ad view;

3.2.4. Access time;

3.2.5. Referrer (previous page address).

4. Personal data processing and use

4.1. The User personal data processing is executed over an unlimited time, by any legal means, including the personal data processing in information systems with/without using automation means.

4.2. By accepting this Confidentiality Policy, the User grants the Company his/her perpetual consent to the processing of all personal data referred to in section 3 by all means specified in this Policy and transmitting of the specified data to the Company partners for the purposes of its obligations execution.

4.3. The company is not entitled to transfer the User information to unaffiliated entities or persons who are not under Contract with the Company.

4.4. The affiliated entities or persons who are under Contract with the Company assume obligations to protect the information confidentiality and ensure its protection, and agree to use received information solely for the specified actions or services performance.

4.5. The company takes all necessary measures to protect personal information against the unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

5. The User rights and obligations

5.1. The User has the rights to change his/her personal data and to address the Company for personal data deletion.

6. Additional conditions

6.1. The Company is liable to the User as provided by applicable law.

6.2. The Company shall not be held liable, when the User information:
- became public before its loss or disclosure;
- was received from the 3rd party prior to its reception by the Company;
- was disclosed with the User consent.
